When MeetGeek joins your calls, all participants are promptly informed that the meeting is being recorded. This saves you the effort of asking for individual permission and allows you to be fully transparent.
We do not encourage any form of incognito recording software or surveillance.

Responsible data collection & processing
Every Meetgeek functionality is designed and implemented with careful consideration to privacy. We only process relevant data in sync with the permissions granted by the user and we do not ask nor access or store any data outside the scope of the application.
We do not distribute customer data to any third party. Within our software delivery lifecycle, we use exclusively de-identified and dummy data with no connection to any customer information.

Retention policies are enforced by automated procedures which ensure that data is removed entirely when it is no longer needed or upon the user's request.
When a user deauthorizes the application, an automated procedure is triggered to delete all associated user data, including meetings, transcripts, profiles and any associated tokens.
