Dan studied at the University POLITEHNICA of Bucharest for his Bachelor's Degree in Electronics, Communications and Information Technology before pursuing a Master's Degree in Computer Science and Information Technology.

Career 

After completing his education Dan started working as a Software Engineering Manager at Ericsson where he gained valuable experience managing large teams developing complex software systems using Agile methodologies. In 2018 Dan co-founded Meetgeek.ai with the aim to revolutionize how people conduct meetings by leveraging artificial intelligence to automatically record, summarize and extract insights from online calls. As the CEO of Meetgeek.ai Dan has been responsible for defining product vision & strategy while also overseeing engineering efforts including architecture design & development across multiple platforms (iOS/Android/Web).

With over 10 years' experience working within technology industry including roles such as Software Engineering Manager, Technical Lead and Co-founder/CEO of Meetgeek.ai , Dan has developed a wide range of skills including software development, team management, Java programming. He is also experienced in Agile methodologies such as Scrum/Kanban which he utilized during his time at Ericsson where he managed large teams developing complex software systems.

During college days , he volunteered as Vice President & HR Responsible for Electronic Students College Organization . In this role he demonstrated strong leadership skills by organizing events like workshops/seminars around emerging technologies such as IoT/Machine Learning/Blockchain etc . Dan has mentored several startups through Innovation Labs Romania and served as Jury Member for their annual competition which aims to identify the most promising startups in Romania.
