He shared insights on how the company leverages an AI meeting automation platform like MeetGeek to elevate their client communication strategy and set new standards in personalized client communication! Why Did Left Lane Need a Meeting Automation Platform?

Left Lane is a powerhouse in the field of online recruitment marketing, specializing in creating dynamic campaigns across a diverse range of sectors. Whether it's schooling, tech companies, or any other industry, clients turn to Left Lane when they need to fill positions. 

While most of Left Lane's clients are domestic, the company has also handled projects in other European countries like Austria, England, Germany, and Belgium.

The company’s approach is hands-on and tailored. For each campaign, the team is sent to the client’s location to gather content—videos, photos—which is then crafted into compelling visuals and texts. Then, depending on client needs, they share content across various platforms like Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn.

Max points out that every company has unique aspects that often go unnoticed internally but can be highly valued externally: “We create a great image of the client’s company, one that even the company doesn’t always see or realize anymore. That makes the process really special, and it’s what we want to showcase in our campaigns.

This personalized, detail-oriented approach has led to tremendous success: “I think we’re really personal in how we do things, and that’s why all of our campaigns are a great success,” Max adds. 

As a Recruitment Marketeer, Max’s weeks are packed: “I manage 30 different clients at once, and I talk to each of them 20 minutes a week. Additionally, I handle the management of their campaigns, and all my colleagues are doing this as well.” 


The sheer volume of information and the need for detailed records made their existing processes inadequate: “There are a lot of things you need to write down and remember.” 

He and Left Lane’s co-founder, Roy, believed that there must be a more efficient way to handle this: “We went searching for an AI assistant to summarize our calls because we needed better insights into client needs and the scope of our projects.”

B. Meeting Recording

At Left Lane, meeting recording is essential. Max explains how recording client interactions not only captures every detail, but also enhances client relationships by allowing full attention during conversations: 

We use MeetGeek to record all our meetings, which means we're not constantly trying to jot down notes. This helps us focus more on the conversation and really listen to what the client is saying.” 


This approach has shifted the dynamics from taking transactional notes to engaging in meaningful dialogues that are client-centered.

C. Integration System

Max also highlights the integration capabilities of MeetGeek with other platforms like Basecamp via Zapier: 

"We are in the process of integrating MeetGeek with Basecamp to streamline our workflow. This setup automatically sends meeting summaries to Basecamp, where they are accessible for further action or review," he explains. 


This integration can be seamlessly done through Zapier. It improves project management efforts and keeps all team members aligned on client needs and deliverables. Currently, they continue using MeetGeek collaboratively as a team, allowing for a shared view of each other's meeting summaries.

Since implementing MeetGeek, Left Lane has seen significant improvements in how they communicate with clients. 

Max shares: The biggest change has been the depth of our conversations. Now, I can refer back to detailed notes and recall specific details that our clients mentioned in previous meetings, which impresses and engages them on a deeper level.” 


This personalized approach has led to stronger relationships and higher client satisfaction.

B. Improved Team Collaboration & Training

MeetGeek has also transformed internal team dynamics: 

Our team collaboration has improved as everyone can access the meeting summaries and recordings. This shared knowledge helps us support each other and ensures continuity in client interactions,” Max states. 


Additionally, the ability to revisit recorded meetings has become a tool for internal training, helping new team members come up to speed and understand client histories more effectively.

C. Improved Efficiency 

Time efficiency is another critical improvement Left Lane has observed. Max estimates a weekly time saving of about 1-2 hours, attributing it to the reduced need for manual note-taking and post-meeting transcription. 

Before MeetGeek, I'd spend additional time organizing my notes and ensuring I didn't miss anything crucial. Now, I can use that time to focus more on our client strategy and less on administrative tasks,” he elaborates.
